  • Why one lender's "no" is often another lender's "yes"

Appraisals From the Lender's Side

What appraisers and underwriters flag by loan type, how to prep a listing or showing so the appraisal doesn't surprise you, and what to do when value comes in low.

  • FHA, VA and conventional property condition differences
  • Manufactured homes: foundation certifications and attachments
  • Low appraisals: reconsideration of value, gaps and renegotiation
  • What you can and can't say to an appraiser

Offers That Close

The lender math behind every lever in your offer, and how your lender helps you build your business.

  • Earnest money, contingencies and close dates from the lender's side
  • Making a financed offer compete with cash
  • Using your lender to win listings and buyers
